What drives 3D printing prices
Three things mainly determine the price of a 3D print:
1. Material cost — PLA is the most affordable; PETG, ABS/ASA and TPU cost slightly more; Nylon and Nylon-CF are the most premium. 2. Print time and size — bigger and taller parts use more plastic and occupy the printer for longer. 3. Complexity — heavy supports, very fine detail, post-processing or assembly add work.

Typical price ranges
These ranges are realistic for FDM prints in Barcelona:
• Small parts (replacement clip, knob, hook, small figure): from 10€. • Medium parts (mounting bracket, organizer, decorative piece, mid-size figure): typically 20–60€. • Large parts (helmets, vases, big enclosures, tall figures): typically 60–250€. • Small batches: ask for a per-unit price — repeated parts get cheaper per unit.

Quantity discounts
Repeated parts cost less per unit because slicing and setup happen once. If you need 5, 20 or 200 of the same piece, mention it in your quote request — we'll tell you exactly how the per-unit price drops as quantity grows.
