Rapid Prototyping in Barcelona — 24–72h Iteration

The moment your CAD revision is done, send it. We accept STL, STEP and IGES from any modelling tool — SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, Rhino, FreeCAD, CATIA. No conversion, no reformatting.

We manually review every file before confirming the timeline. If a geometry has a support problem or wall-thickness issue that will affect function, we flag it in the quote instead of printing a bad part and making you wait another 48 hours to find out.

We select the print material based on what the prototype has to prove, not on what's cheapest:

• PLA — form-fit checks, early-stage concept models. • PETG — moderate stress and outdoor exposure, first functional validation. • ABS/ASA — heat-resistant parts, automotive and enclosure prototypes. • Nylon / Nylon-CF — high-load mechanical parts, closer to injection-moulded properties. • TPU — flexible covers, gaskets, seals.

Choosing the wrong material wastes an entire iteration cycle. We'll recommend the right one in the quote.

Each revised file goes through the same same-day review and 24–72h production cycle. There's no subscription, no minimum order per iteration, and no administrative back-and-forth — you upload, we review, we quote, you approve, we print. For clients who iterate frequently, we keep your project on file and can accept revision uploads via WhatsApp directly.

Once your design is locked, we can transition seamlessly into short-run production (5–200 units) without changing supplier or renegotiating terms. We keep the validated print parameters and can schedule a batch run at short notice.
