Custom 3D Printed Parts in Barcelona — From File to Part in 24–48h

Some of the most frequent jobs we receive in Barcelona include: replacement plastic parts for appliances (washing machines, fridges, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners), broken automotive clips and trim pieces, mounting brackets for shelves, monitors and equipment, knobs and handles, drawer rails, organizers, bicycle accessories, and protective enclosures for electronics.

If the original part is no longer manufactured, or the manufacturer charges an absurd price for a tiny plastic piece, a custom 3D print is usually faster, cheaper and just as durable when made in the right material.

You don't need a 3D file. Most of our custom-part customers send a WhatsApp photo of the broken piece next to a ruler or a coin for scale. From there we can usually:

• confirm whether it's printable, • recommend a material (PLA for non-load parts, PETG or ABS for stressed parts, TPU for flexible parts), • and give you a transparent price within the hour.

For more complex shapes we can also work from a STEP/STL file, technical drawings or measurements you provide.

There's no minimum order. We're equally happy printing a single replacement bracket as we are running a small batch of identical pieces for a workshop, a dental clinic, an architecture studio or a local store. For repeat customers we keep the file on record so reorders are instant.

A 3D printed part is only as good as its material and print parameters. We pick the plastic and infill density based on what the part has to do — not the cheapest option. That's why custom parts from Dimension3D are often more durable than the original injected plastic they replace.
